NEW YORK FILM ACADEMY

This year Castellinaria has the great pleasure of welcoming the New York Film Academy for a special collaboration.

We are going to host as special guest Craig Caton-Largent, chair of the 3D animation department of the school, from November 17th to 20th. He will be accompanied by Maya Breschi, Admission Representative in Europe and coordinator of courses at the NYFA Florence offices, and Diana Santi, Director of NYFA Florence.

In the festival hall, the public will have a chance to experience and see with their own eyes virtual reality thanks to a position equipped with goggles and a motion caption suit. On Sunday morning, November 18th, a free interactive workshop will be offered to the public.

Craig Caton-Largent will also hold some workshops in several high schools of the Canton (SUPSI, USI, …) about virtual reality, suitable for the needs of schools and students.
