Thanks to a wide selection of archive materials, unpublished documents and writings by Pasolini, the period of his childhood and youth is reconstructed, centred on the city of Bologna where he was born on March 5, 1922. This happens in the context of a significant narrative choice: a student decides to focus his graduation dissertation on the relationship between Pasolini and the city. Thus, Pasolini's developing personality emerges both on a cultural and existential level, between poetry, literature, cinema, theatre, painting, civil commitment, sexuality and sports.
