After 28 years of commitment, vision and passion, Giancarlo Zappoli concludes his long
and valuable tenure as Artistic Director of Castellinaria – Youth Film Festival.
Over the course of almost three decades, Giancarlo Zappoli has made a decisive contribution
to building the Festival's identity, accompanying its
growth, strengthening its cultural profile and making it a point of reference in the
cinema scene dedicated to the younger generations, both in Switzerland and
internationally.
Castellinaria wishes to express its deep gratitude for his work,
artistic vision and cultural imprint over the years.
His activity in the field of cinema will continue with the management of the website
MYmovies.it, writing, teaching and new projects that
will continue to bring his expertise and passion to the world of
cinema.
